The full counting and draw rules

The opening boundary is the sealed HERD777 closing snapshot, slot 455416504. Purchases must occur after that slot. The first fully reconciled finalized snapshot with at least 250 whole entries — 25,000,000 qualifying BULLEN in complete 100K batches closes entries. There is no calendar deadline.

Qualifying retention is the lower of direct net official-pool buying and the wallet’s BULLEN balance growth since opening, floored at zero. Direct and supported aggregator-routed BULLEN purchases qualify. Existing holdings, gifts, wallet transfers and paired-token pass-through buys do not create purchase credit. The House custodian and operational wallets listed in the rules are excluded from both entries and retained progress.

Progress is the sum of whole entries, rounded down separately for each wallet. Incomplete batches stay in that wallet’s qualifying balance for future top-ups, but contribute nothing to the shared counter. Fractions from different wallets are never pooled. If a wallet has exactly 24,900,000 qualifying BULLEN (249 entries) and sells one token, it drops to 248 entries, leaving two entries to complete. Buying back that one token restores its 249th entry. A wallet at exactly 100,000 loses its entry after selling one token. Updates follow finalized chain verification; the counter can rise or fall. Missing or ambiguous chain data pauses verification and leaves the last verified figures visible.

Four independent, entry-weighted draws run in this order: #875, #853, #677, #254. Draws use replacement: no winning wallet or ticket is removed. The closing snapshot and future finalized Solana block seed are published before selection. A missed seed-publication deadline pauses the draw; it never rerolls. Prizes are delivered manually after the results.

The final count

The campaign ran from 26 September 2026 at 05:20:13 UTC to the first fully reconciled closing snapshot above the 250M qualifying-buy target. Final entries were sealed at slot 455,416,504.

Entries were the smaller of qualifying buys minus sells and the increase in a wallet’s BULLEN balance since opening, rounded down to whole BULLEN. Existing holdings, gifts and transfers in created no purchase credit.

The 10 October amendment applied to the entire campaign. BULLEN purchases used to acquire another BULLEN-paired token were excluded, including separate purchases proven to have fully funded a paired-token buy. The final count excludes 97 acquisitions totalling 5,893,087.977274 BULLEN.
